This one-week People & Culture Learning Week brings together colleagues from across OMV and OMV Petrom to explore how our new operating model will look and feel in daily work. The program blends townhalls, process labs, coaching sessions, and informal moments to foster one P&C spirit.

During the week, you will move between interactive workshops, deep dives into end-to-end processes, reflection moments, and peer exchange. The idea is not to overload you with theory, but to give you hands-on stories, examples and tools you can bring back to your teams.
